Book Fair Success!
Thank you to all of our students, staff, and families for their support of our
fall Scholastic Book Fair. This was one of our most profitable book fairs in
the past few years with $13,700 in sales! We raised $1,072 in All for Books
which means our classrooms and library at FSE received that amount in
books, along with children in need receiving the same amount in books
from Scholastic - great job Flagstone! Ms. Hurley’s 5th-grade class came in
as the winner in All for Books donations with just over $138 and will enjoy a
pizza lunch in the Learning Commons soon. The money we raised through
the fair will allow us to purchase new books for our FSE library.
We thank all of you who worked with us on this fair. Your help in setting
up, decorating, running registers, helping students, and tearing down the
fair is so much appreciated – we could not have been successful without all
of you. Thank you so much, and we look forward to seeing you all at our
spring fair beginning May 7th!
