Class Placement 19-20 School Year

CMAS
Our state testing is coming up next week for grades 3-6.  Please see the schedule HERE so you know when your child will be testing. These tests are important to our school because the state ranks us into categories from performance to priority improvement based on how our students perform.  While we know that this assessment does not measure all the wonderful things about our students it is an assessment that others use to judge the quality of our programs and ultimately the quality of our school, so we emphasize to our students to do their very best!  During these testing times, your students will not be asked to do homework and we ask that they get a good breakfast and get a good nights sleep.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

District Feedback
Our school district sent out a survey to all families on Monday to get feedback from our families as they are beginning to write our strategic plan goals.  Our 3-6 grade teachers will provide an opportunity for their students to take this survey in class.  If you have a child that is in K-2 we are hoping you would be willing to sit down with your child and help them take the survey. Thank you so much for your help in getting this feedback!

Below is a link to a survey. We ask that family members, students, and community members take 5-10 minutes to complete this survey by Sunday, April 7th. Survey results will be a critical component in guiding our strategic planning process.
