FSE Book Fair is Coming and we NEED your HELP!
Flagstone's Spring "Happy Camper" Book Fair will arrive soon. Students and staff are looking forward to this event, and it is the perfect opportunity to purchase books for summer reading for your child. All profits from this fair goes towards the purchase of new books for Flagstone's library. We are looking for volunteers to set up the fair, decorate, help students with their "wish lists", restock product, run cash registers, and help in taking it all down and packing up on the last day. Parents, grandparents, and high school students please take a minute to check out the attached sign up, and see where you might be able to help. We need you to make this happen!www.SignUpGenius.com/go/10C0C4

Support For Our DCHS Students
A group of DCHS students approached me and are working on a class project and asked if I could share. Here is their information.

Summer is a time to have fun, friends, and free time! It is also important, though, to keep kids reading and writing throughout the summer in order to support their academic development. Flagstone is again offering SUMMER LITERACY CAMP. This camp provides your child with the opportunity to engage in direct reading and writing instruction daily and practice newly acquired skills. Our theme this year is Nature! This is open to any Douglas County School District students entering 1st through 6th grade and is taught by certified DCSD staff members. It will be held June 12th to the 23rd from 8:30-11:30 am, Monday through Friday. The cost for this two-week opportunity is $132 per child. This is based on 10 students. The price may be more or less depending on enrollment. If you have any questions, please email Rachel Steppuhn at email@example.com. Please register by May 24th here. Click on Enrichment and we will be there. Thank you for supporting this summer opportunity for your learner. We can’t wait to see you this summer!
