The Great American Eclipse-- August 21, 2017
On Monday, August 21, FSE students and staff will be given the amazing opportunity to view the solar eclipse via live streaming in their classrooms.  For the safety of all students, all recesses will be held indoors on this day.  We are asking that parents of our part-time kindergarten classroom pick up their children in the classrooms to avoid the temptation of looking up at the sun while waiting for pickup.  While the length of the eclipse will last from 10:23am to 1:15pm that day, the maximum viewing time will be at 11:47am.  If you would like to live stream the eclipse, visit https://www.nasa.gov/eclipselive.  We hope you’ll talk to your children about this once-in-a-lifetime event! If you would like to check your child out during the eclipse to view it you certainly can and it will not affect their attendance, just sign them out in the office.

We will be at 92% totality in Castle Rock, CO.

As a reminder of the prizes:
