Missing IPADs:
We are hoping families can help us in our search for several missing ipad minis.  Over the course of the last several weeks we are missing six ipads from various classrooms.  We have searched and searched and they are not at school.  If your child took one home by chance please bring it back to the office.  We are not looking at anyone being in trouble for this we are just hoping to recover them as this is close to 2000 dollars in missing tech that our kid use everyday.  If you see them or have any knowledge of them please let me know!  Thanks--Kelli

  • Jump Rope For Heart!  It’s Jump Rope for Heart time at Flagstone!  Will you please contribute to our school’s efforts to fight the No. 1 killer of Americans: heart disease. Visit to join our school team. We are trying to reach our goal of $6,500 and we are on our way, but still need help!  We are so proud of our students for helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association while learning to keep their own heart healthy. Thank you for your support!
  • Kindness Campaign:  Our campaign will be kicking off soon!  Here is a great article about raising kind kids.  Great read!

FSE Needs
  • Crossing Guard: We are still in need of a crossing guard before and after school.  It is a paid position so if you are interested please contact the office.

Girls on the Run will start the week of March 6th.  Girls on the Run inspires girls to a lifetime of self-respect and a healthy lifestyle through an innovative program that combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk race with a fun, health education lesson plan. The Great American Eclipse-- August 21, 2017 On Monday, August 21, FSE students and staff will be given the amazing opportunity to view the solar eclipse via live streaming in their classrooms.  For the safety of all students, all recesses will be held indoors on this day.  We are asking that parents of our part-time kindergarten classroom pick up their children in the classrooms to avoid the temptation of looking up at the sun while waiting for pickup.  While the length of the eclipse will last from 10:23am to 1:15pm that day, the maximum viewing time will be at 11:47am.  If you would like to live stream the eclipse, visit  We hope you’ll talk to your children about this once-in-a-lifetime event! 8-24-17 FSE Thursday Blast

Dear FSE Parents, We are hoping that all parents can come to our Back to School Night tonight from 6 to 7 pm.  We will have two sessions one from 6:00-6:25 pm and one from 6:30-7:00 pm in each classroom.  If you do decide to bring younger siblings please be mindful of the noise level when the teacher is presenting the material.  We hope to see all of you here!
Updates This year we adopted a new math program called enVision.  After much research and discussion we felt that this program was the best fit for our students based on feedback from parents and the achievement of our students. Your child's teacher will give you access to the online games and materials to help your children at home with their math achievement.  Please reach out to your child’s teacher should you have any questions regarding this new program.
